Conch Pearl’s liberal 3000 + sq ft includes open kitchen, dining and living areas in unison with 3 en-suite bedrooms. A queen size sleeper sofa in the master bedroom suite, plus two additional queen sleeper sofas in the living areas offer clients the ultimate in extra slumber flexibility. Additionally, there are 2 hot water showers out-doors, both at the beach and the pool, a large out-door BBQ patio area with its own convenient ½ bath, plus an air conditioned home gym, complete with Wii Fitness.

The Pearl Residences on Grace Bay Beach is perfect for large family gatherings and children are most welcome. There is a playhouse on property and bikes, pool toys etc are provided. This property will sleep 12 without the use of the sleeper sofas and 23 with the use of all of the sleeper sofas. |
There are at least 5 restaurants within a 10 minute walk from Pearl Residences located at Turtle Cove Marina. The marina is also home to many fishing charters and dive operators. There is a caretaker on site six days a week (optional). |
