If rented in the three bedroom configuration, you have use of the main house on the second and third levels of the property. The main living area and terrace/pool are located on the second level. The main living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, formal living, dining room and large screened dining/sitting area.

The pool is surrounded by a terrace, including a covered gazebo, perfect for sun or shade bathing.  The two guest bedrooms are also located on the second level. 

The private master bedroom is located on the third level and comes complete with its own terrace, two person shower and separate tub. 

To rent this property in the four bedroom configuration, add the apartment located at ground floor level.  This is, of course, more than a bedroom as the apartment comes compete with it’s own kitchen, living and dining area. The downstairs apartment is air conditioned. 

All bed configurations are queen size beds. The villa sleeps six people in the three bedroom configuration and eight people in the four bedroom configuration.  It is within walking distance of tennis courts.
