Caribbean Paradise Villa (also known as Villa Roi Soleil) is awaiting your arrival. This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located on the South Side of the island in a community known as Turtle Tail . This villa has been recently renovated. Come enjoy this private, luxurious piece of heaven. Caribbean Paradise features 2 en-suite bedrooms in the main house, each with their own spacious, private bath, a TV/Entertainment Room (with a 42 inch plasma TV), large kitchen, dining room and a unique screened-in porch with panoramic views of the ocean. Ocean views abound from nearly every room in this home.
A separate guest house offers a complete separate arrangement with one bedroom complete balcony overlooking the ocean and full kitchen and living room (bedroom in guest house is not air conditioned).
Outside living and entertaining are a breeze with the large outdoor barbeque area with bar seating. You will also find an outdoor dining table and chairs.  The infinity edge pool is one of the features of the property and from it you can enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean beyond. The outside area also features 2 outdoor showers (one by the beach and one by the pool) plus  additional bathroom by the pool.
Two of the three bedrooms are air conditioned* and the bed configuration is one king, one queen and two twins and can be combined to make a king. The villa includes wireless internet and free long distance calling.

Maximum occupancy 6 people.
Two private beaches are located adjacent to the property where you can take your lounge chairs and hang out on the sand.
 

Rates

January 1st - April 30th $5,500/week
May 1st - December 16th   $4,500/week

Christmas and New Year. 
(2 week minimum is required)

 $7,000/week
Special:  Special rate for two people using one bedroom only $3,500/week

* Air conditioning is metered and charged back to the tenants at cost.
