Alta vista is a 2 story house with each floor containing 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms with AC and WIFI and a 30' pool. (total 4 bedrooms). It has a spectacular 270 degree view of the south shore of Providenciales from Long Bay to Juba Sound- Sunrise to Sunset the views are always breathtaking.

Situated on one acre of land it is a private retreat that is approximately a 10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive to Long Bay Beach where you can walk for miles on a pristine white sand beach.

The upper unit consists of two bedrooms/one and a half bathrooms, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is a king that can be divided into 2 extra long twins. The lower two bedroom/two bathroom unit is almost identical and also houses a queen size bed and a king that can be divided to make 2 extra long twins. Each two bedroom/two bathroom unit can be rented separately, or the entire house can be rented as a 4 bedroom that can accommodate 8-10 people.
