The vacation villa is situated facing east to catch the maximum tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the swimming pool for comfort in the cool shade or in the sun as you prefer. This cool covered verandah features lounge chairs and outside dining options. The pool area is landscaped for your privacy.

The open living/dining/great room features comfortable quality furnishings with a large plasma screen SAT TV, Bose music system and free WiFi. A library of DVDs and books are available.

Complete kitchen with modern appliances includes dish washer, microwave and all the accessories necessary to prepare meals to enjoy at either inside or outside dining area, with Weber gas grill.

Leeward Marina offers boating and sailing excursions, just a 5 minute walk from Acacia Villa. You can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkeling, eco-kayaking or sunset sailing cruises. Acacia has a boat dock for your personal use should you wish to rent a skiff during your stay.

Several public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
