This unique Moroccan style villa is an up scale property that will appeal to the more discerning traveler. Located at the end Sapodilla Bay Beach, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, this high end beachfront property features fabulous views of the beach and of the ocean from all locations both inside and out.

Only a few steps separates La Koubba from the white sandy beach of Sapodilla Bay. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, stone walkways and patios which provide a multitude of outside lounging and eating areas complete with an outside kitchen, built in BBQ and entertainment area.

The entire villa is decorated in top of the range Moroccan style furnishings and artifacts.

On the ground floor level you will find a large living area with separate kitchen, formal dining, pool and pool deck. The master bedroom and bathroom are also on the first floor.

The second level has a verandah and walkway that looks down on the great room below. It is comprised of two suites, one on either side of the house. One suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and small kitchenette. The other suite has 2 bedrooms, (one bedroom has twin beds that cannot be converted into a king), a sitting room , a bathroom and small kitchenette. There are balconies off all bedrooms and all rooms enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean views.

There is also a one bedroom guest cottage at the front of the property. The property is equipped with AC and ceiling fans throughout*. (Guest cottage is not air conditioned.)
